He is a recipient of the prestigious "Lifetime Achievement Award for Remarkable Contributions to Outsourcing in China" and has been honored multiple times with the "Top Leader of the Decade in China IT Services Industry," "Leader of the Year in China Software and Information Services Industry," and the "Award for Outstanding Contribution in Cloud Computing."

As an accomplished entrepreneur, Mr. Liu co-founded AsiaEC.com in 1999 and has since led the company to become China's largest online office supply and services provider. Prior to this, he held senior positions in multinational corporations, including Siemens.

Mr. Liu is a Sloan Fellow and holds an MBA degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

With extensive experience in financial management and deep expertise in the financial field, Mr. Cheng Zhang has demonstrated exceptional leadership in senior financial roles.

Prior to joining iSoftStone, Mr. Zhang served in senior financial management positions at Nolato, Lucent Technologies (China) Co., Ltd., Kimberly-Clark Corporation, and other renowned international companies.

Mr. Cheng Zhang holds an EMBA degree from the China Europe International Business School, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Brooks in Oxford, and a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Information Science and Technology University. He is also a highly qualified professional, holding certifications such as the British Chartered Certified Public Accountant (FCCA), Canadian Chartered Accountant (CGA), and Australian Certified Public Accountant (CPA), among others.

As an expert in international accounting, Mr. Zhang brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role.

Mr. Huifu Liu is a distinguished leader in the field of technological innovation and R&D management within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry. With a deep expertise in cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, data analytics, digital twins, and enterprise digital transformation, Mr. Liu is committed to driving high-quality development for both the company and its clients through transformative technological solutions.

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Liu oversees key organizational units, including the Group Technology Research Institute, the Group Innovation Research Institute, and the Group Strategic Marketing Department. With over 20 years of management experience in the IT and telecommunications industries, Mr. Li Huang has extensive expertise across sales, pre-sales, business development, marketing, and R&D management. His strong practical experience is particularly evident in business development and system integration.

Prior to joining iSoftStone, Mr. Huang held the position of Senior Director at Microsoft (China) Enterprise & Partnership Group. He also served as General Manager and Director of Business Development at Motorola (China) Nanjing Software Center. Additionally, he was a Senior Executive Manager at the System Integration Department of Siemens (China).

Mr. Huang holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software from Peking University, a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the China Academy of Railway Sciences, and an EMBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Miao Du is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience in IT services, particularly in serving the financial services industry in China. Before joining iSoftStone, he co-founded Talent Technology Development Co., Ltd. in 1995 and successfully built it into one of the most renowned system integration service providers in the banking sector. Miao Du also served in the Computer Business Unit of Secom China. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Beijing University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance at the same university.
